Racing Rivals is a racing game where players don't have to control the direction of their vehicle, but rather change gears at exactly the right moment to hit top speed and beat all their rivals.
In Racing Rivals, players will participate in straight races where the objective is to get the perfect start (if you start too early, you're disqualified) and change gears at exactly the right moment, so that you can reach your car's top speed.
In order to progress in the Racing Rivals world, players have to spend all of the money that they earn in the races on their cars. You can buy all sorts of improvements for every car, and of course get new ones, too. In addition, you'll come across real cars from teams like McLaren, Subaru, Dodge, Mitsubishi, Ford, RWB, Scion, BMW and Acura.
Graphically, Racing Rivals is spectacular, with some very well-done models and an excellent feeling of speed.
Racing Rivals is a highly entertaining racing game that uses the same gameplay as CSR Racing and other similar games to offer a mostly multiplayer-based experience.
